This afternoon I will be in Oconto Falls meeting with area Associate/Assistant Principals and Deans of Students. This is the second monthly meeting of this group. At these meetings we discuss issues related specifically to the AP/Dean role including student discipline, attendance, building safety, etc. Please direct any student issues to Adam, or provide me documentation of any student issues that arise during the afternoon, and I will deal with them Wednesday morning.

An HLS ALL STAR REWARD is on the calendar for tomorrow, Wednesday, November 7th. Instead of giving these reward tomorrow, I am going to combine the ALL STAR REWARD with QUARTER REWARDS next Wednesday, November 14th. Rewards will be given out in the cafeteria by grade level. I will post a schedule by the end of this week.

I, along with the Discipline Committee continue to work towards greater bully prevention at Marinette Middle School. I will be working with the guidance department this week to pull together some materials that we will bring to the Discipline Committee and eventually distribute in an easy to use "classroom meeting" package. In the meantime...check out the video below which gives us all a "glimpse" into the life of a child who is being bullied.
